Burnout Paradise Remastered has been announced for PS4 and Xbox One

Having originally released just over ten years ago, Burnout Paradise is one of the more popular games in the racing series and features an open-world rather than linear races.

Electronic Arts has announced Burnout Paradise Remastered for PS4 and Xbox One and it's set to launch on March 16.

A banner image has surfaced online, (courtesy of Reddit) with upcoming PS4 titles that seem to be up for Pre-Order, including God of War, Assassin's Creed Rogue, A Way Out and of course Burnout Paradise, check out the image below. The game will be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 16th. This includes the extension to the drivable world via Big Surf Island.

One of the greatest moments in arcade racing history was the birth of the Burnout series, specifically when Burnout 3: Takedown came onto the scene. Although the remaster is coming first to consoles, both digitally and at retail, EA said it will later release a Windows PC version exclusively in its Origin store. (At the time of writing, the purchase links were not yet live on the PlayStation Store & Microsoft Store.) The price for Burnout Paradise Remastered will be £34.99 or $39.99 based on what Electionic Arts has compared in the United Kingdom and America respectively.

Burnout Paradise Remastered will be released on March 16, 2018, but fans will also get a chance to play on March 9, 2018, when the "Play it First" trial begins.
