Anthony Martial's Manchester United exit has taken a step nearer with boss Jose Mourinho "prepared to offer the inexperienced gentle" for a transfer to Juventus.

Martial was enjoying a good season at United and was consistently featuring before Mourinho made a decision to bring Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez to the club in the January transfer window as part of a swap deal for another forward whose game time became rapidly problematic- Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

However, Alexis Sanchez's arrival from Arsenal in January has seen his Manchester United form wane.

Manchester United players were back to work on Monday morning after a disappointing defeat to Brighton on Friday night.

The story claims, though, that Manchester United would only be willing to consider letting Martial leave Old Trafford if Willian is included as part of the deal.

Robert Pires believes Martial's undeniable talents are being wasted at United, and recently said: "I'm a big fan of Anthony Martial".

Martial has shown glimpses of his huge potential at Old Trafford but, unable to earn a regular place in Jose Mourinho's starting XI, is growing frustrated.

According to reports emanating from several English outlets, the "Special One" is willing to allow French attacker Antony Martial to join Chelsea in the summer in exchange for 80 million euros and Brazilian winger Willian.

United will look for a healthy increase on the initial £36million they paid in 2015 for Martial, who has also been tracked by Italian giants Juventus.
