E3 2018: Ghost of Tsushima is a samurai slasher for Sony's PS4

E3 2018: See all the best from Sony's showcase

Perhaps the most intriguing game making its debut at Sony's E3 2018 press conference was Control, developed by Remedy (of Max Payne and Alan Wake fame) and published by 505 Games.

Spider-Man is not only taking over our big screens - in both animated and live-action form - but our video game screens.

Check out all the trailers below, and sound off in the comments about which game you're most excited to play. The combat looks exceptional, the graphics are stunning, the characters are interesting, and the entire world is one that we just want to dive in. Which, to be fair, looks impressive as hell.

After Sony's PlayStation E3 2018 conference concluded, we were able to get hands-on with one of the studio's most anticipated games: Spider-Man. He's back in this gameplay demo/trailer/whatever from Sony's E3 showcase, and he's brought some friends.

The full list of Spider-Man PS4 villains known so far can be seen below. First announced at E3 two years ago, Sony has been teasing it ever since.

The trailer showed off a demo from the ninth day of the Mongol Invasion of Japan, and kicked off with the protagonist Jin wandering the gorgeous Japanese countryside. And there's also a tantalizing cliffhanger that will surely make a few people eager to try out the game for themselves. Along the way, Spider-Man will have to confront at least five of his greatest foes. This is an all-new Spider-Man universe, featuring familiar characters in unfamiliar roles.

Spider-Man is out September 7th.

Unlike some of the less faithful Spider-Man games, you'll have to attach your webs to actual buildings and can't magically swing from the sky. It's available to pre-order right here.
