Everton to reject all offers for Jordan Pickford amid Chelsea interest

Chelsea Superstar Agrees Personal Term With Real Madrid

The Chelsea star has emerged as a possible marquee signing for Real following the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus.

And while the European champions are big admirers of the Belgian, new boss Julen Lopetegui feels he already has enough options.

Reports have suggested that Real are not tempted to meet Chelsea's £200m asking price for Eden Hazard this summer, but that may not stop business being conducted between the two clubs. Courtois too is refusing to sign a new deal as he enters the final year of his deal, and has also been heavily linked with Real Madrid.

Julen Lopetegui is keen to build his side around Gareth Bale following Cristiano Ronaldo's exit and views Willian as the flawless foil to the Welshman, who will be given a free role.

According to the Daily Mail, Chelsea want to raise the stakes even further and demand he become the first £200 million player in history.

Courtois has only one year remaining on his deal at Stamford Bridge and Real are believed to be intent on luring him back to La Liga, following his successful spell with Atletico Madrid earlier on in his career.

A bid of £100m might not even be enough to persuade Chelsea to part with the duo, with so little time left in the window to replace them.

Isco and Asensio seemingly now have the onus on them to vindicate Lopetegui's decision and be the flag bearers for Real Madrid in the upcoming campaign. We've seen transfer fees reported for Hazard in the £170-£180 million range, which would make him the second most expensive player of all time.
