Google Pixel 3 XL Unboxed: Here’s the Key Specs

Google Pixel 3 XL unboxed on video, comes with headphones - GSMArena.com news

The unboxing video of the Pixel 3 XL has been leaked by Slashleaks - who's often accurate at its predictions.

While the pictures seem believable, we advise you to take these with a grain of salt.

Original coverage, August 08, 09:58AM ET:We're still a couple of months away from the expected launch of the Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL in October, but the leaks just aren't stopping.

A Ukranian tech blogger named Luchkov may have leaked images of the white version of Google's Pixel 3 XL. There is also a USB Type-C to 3.5mm adapter as well, and the manual instruction leaflet also includes a Team Pixel sticker.

Google has had a pretty tough time keeping their upcoming Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL smartphones under wraps. Looking at the front of the device we can see an iPhone X-like notch which appears to house two cameras. We do have photos of it, however. There is a mint green power button on this Pixel 3 XL as well, which differs from the orange button on the two-tone Pixel 2 XL. The notch is as deep as we saw on the Essential phone but it's covering a lot more real-estate. Surprisingly, Google is including a pair of USB Type-C headphones with a Pixel Buds-like design.

There is a single back camera, next to the fingerprint scanner. The pictures and subsequent video of the handset show a Pixel 3 XL handset running Android 9 with an octa-core Qualcomm processor which we're betting is a Snapdragon 845 with an Adreno 630 GPU with 4GB of RAM.

Apart from the Google Pixel 3 XL, there is also a smaller Pixel 3. It's come to be nearly exactly what we expected, including the controversial notch.

The Google Pixel 3 XL has not been shy about showing its face. The bottom chin is also a bit more pronounced, to the extent that the front looks a bit ungainly as well.
