Samsung Galaxy A7 2018 spotted on Bluetooth certification’s website; launch imminent

Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Reviewed The Best Android Flagship Smartphone

"Samsung's newest Galaxy device is bringing more ways to express yourself than ever before", reads the invite. That said, we've already had the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 announcement, so it may be a new lineup of devices. But noted tipster Ice Universe suggested weeks ago that a Samsung smartphone with four cameras could be launched in 2018.

It could also be the new Galaxy A (2019) series that traditionally launches during the December- January timeline. In a followup it was clarified that from their knowledge all four cameras were on the rear.

The S-Pen has always been one of the key differentiating factors for Samsung Galaxy Note-series smartphones.

The smartphone company has even announced that the event will be live streamed on the Samsung website. But four would be an industry first, and we all know how much Samsung likes being first. Huawei had launched the P20 Pro with a triple rear camera setup and Samsung may take the game forward with an additional rear camera. The most important thing is that the phone is priced the same (Rs 67,900) as its predecessor i.e. Samsung Galaxy Note 8, when it was launched. So far, Samsung has only released phones including the Galaxy Note 9 with up to 2x optical zoom. However, it is already possible to confirm that the build number listed in the screenshot published on the Reddit thread is relevant since the update appeared on Samsung servers.

In terms of what is coming, that's about all we have, so we'll have to stay tuned to find out what's going on.

The invite was posted on Twitter with an image written "4X fun" with the caption "Let the fun times begin" and the date that is October 11, 2018. The pink and purple gradient finish for the device looks unlike anything we have seen from Samsung in the color department before.
