OnePlus 6T launch day confirmed: How to buy tickets

RUGGED CASE FOR THE ONEPLUS 6T

The OnePlus 6T is on the way, and just like the OnePlus 6, it appears that it will have some special offers in India at launch.

Rumours are rife that the new OnePus 6T could be revealed as soon as next week with an official-looking invite, posted on Weibo, suggesting a launch is taking place in India on October 17. The OnePlus 6T launch event will be held at KDJW Stadium, inside Indira Gandhi Sports Complex in New Delhi and is expected to start at 8:30 pm October 30. But the good news is that offline stores like Croma outlets and OnePlus exclusive offline stores will also be taking pre-bookings for the device.

OnePlus has just announced that the OnePlus 6T will be revealed at an event in NY on October 30. OnePlus 6T's prospective buyers who pre-book the phone will also receive the all-new Type-C Bullets Earphones worth Rs 1,499 on purchase of the new device. Chances are they could be hidden inside or on the sides of the display like on some of the recently launched Oppo and Vivo phones.

When major smartphone brands struggle to keep their devices under the wraps, OnePlus follows a completely different approach.

OnePlus customers will also get an additional Rs 500 cashback in the form of Amazon Pay Balance on completing their purchase of the OnePlus 6T. The phone will have the same Snapdragon 845 SoC underneath, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. We also expect the company to launch gradient color options. The phone will likely run Android 9 Pie out of the box and it's touted to feature a bigger battery of 3700mAh. It will be exclusively sold via Amazon.in in India.
